Cellular level healing and DNA repair can take place during the sound journeys, as well as out of body or dream-like experiences.
My experience with singing bowls felt almost magical. It was a concert for my body and my soul. Between the sounds and the vibration, the effects were profound – I felt both relaxed and more joyful. The sounds of the bowls were very uplifting and actually feeling the vibration of the bowls on my body was healing. Tish’s musical gifts and her gentle and healing energy created a very special experience.
While I was initially skeptical about the benefits of a sound healing treatment, having traditionally relied on western medicine, my experience was profound. After two sessions the symptoms that led me to try this treatment have dramatically dissipated and the sense of rest and rejuvenation I felt was wonderful.

Cacao ceremony is the medium between the physical body and the essence of love within. It helps us to communicate with ourselves on a deeper level, yet it has no hallucination in the mind. Rather, bring back the clarity and soberness to oneself. It helps to see life with the eyes of love and compassion for oneself and others.
I was one of 34 fortunate souls who participated in a cacao ceremony led by Tish in Costa Rica in February. It was part of the Yoga Girl (Rachel Brathen) retreat that preceded Envision Festival. I am at a very strange time in my life. I have spent the last 18 months searching for my son in Peru, and I am now also searching for a way to live, to survive, to be “happy”. There are few things that capture my interest and allow me to focus on the present moment, but the cacao ceremony was exactly that. Wearing white made us feel pure, and open to anything. The outdoor bamboo temple in the jungle of Costa Rica provided the perfect backdrop, but the highlight was Tish. Her voice, her instructions, the journey she led us on as we sipped the cacao was magical. She ensured we were relaxed and feeling a bit “silly” as we passed cup after cup to each other and repeated the same line over and over again. And once we were all in it together, she took us on a very spiritual journey, that I’m certain was different for each of us, and allowed us to let our minds open. I look forward to seeing Tish again and feeling the magic again.

So much has been happening for me since starting my connection with cacao and it’s beautiful, the ceremony added further and your advice regarding having cacao daily has upped things further. I now start my day with cacao and what a difference it’s making, I feel so good, happy and productive it’s such a great investment in my well being. Your presence is so potent and healing, thank you for creating a safe space for me to explore the depths of my heart.
I have over the years experienced many ceremonies and rituals. Some extreme and some gentle. I have also experienced many Cacao ceremonies but no more so vital than the ceremony held by Tish. The space she created was magical and sacred. I feel safe and vulnerable enough to let go and grow, to trust and surrender.
